Job Title: Reconciliation Executive Accountant Department: Finance/Accounting Reports To: Finance Manager/Head of Accounting Location: Dhansar Job Overview: The Reconciliation Executive Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled within the company’s accounting system. This role involves reconciling bank statements, accounts, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial records efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Reconciliation of Accounts: Regularly reconcile company’s bank statements with the general ledger to ensure all transactions match and discrepancies are identified and resolved. Transaction Validation: Validate the accuracy of transactions recorded in the accounting system and ensure proper classification of financial data. Monthly and Year-End Closures: Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Accounts Payable and Receivable Reconciliation: Ensure all accounts payable and accounts receivable are reconciled and up to date. Internal and External Reporting: Prepare and assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors identified during reconciliations, working closely with other departments as needed. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and internal control procedures.
