Sales Staff

As a Sales Staff at Kamdhenu Agrovet, your role will involve managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and developing sales strategies. Your daily tasks will include client visits, sales presentations, reporting sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to boost product awareness. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships effectively - Meet set sales targets on a regular basis - Monitor market trends and identify opportunities - Develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth - Conduct client visits to promote products and services - Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential customers - Report sales activities and results accurately - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product awareness Qualifications Required: - Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management - Knowledge of Market Trends and Sales Strategies - Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills - Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure - Experience in the agricultural feed industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Experience in Cattle feed industry and Dairy Industries will be preferred You will be part of a company that caters to markets in Cattle, Poultry, Equine, and Specialty Feeds, with registered brands that have high demand in Western India.
