Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing daily HR management activities. The role requires effective communication with employees, facilitating a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Recruitment Capabilities
• Strong capabilities in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the agrovet or related industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
