Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will engage in daily tasks such as communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and undergoing regular training sessions. Responsibilities also include sales management, meeting sales targets, developing client relationships, and collaborating with other team members to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to undergo and provide Training sessions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
