Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include performing market research, developing sales strategies, and providing training to clients and team members. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct Training sessions Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
