Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our epoxy hardener solutions, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and training new sales team members. Daily tasks also include coordinating with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and ensuring that sales targets are met.

• Experience in Training sales staff
• Strong market research and strategic planning abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
