The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. Key Responsibilities Train and teach students/working professionals on in-demand Product Management skills through interactive, application-focused learning. Deliver highly engaging online lectures aligned with Syntax’s teaching methodology to ensure consistency and impact. Qualifications Proven experience across product management disciplines: strategy, research, lifecycle management, and product execution. Strong teaching, training, or coaching background, preferably with online delivery to working professionals. Ability to design and deliver innovative, learner-centric content with measurable outcomes. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with emphasis on interactivity and clarity.
