Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training new sales staff, managing sales documentation, and participating in client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to new sales staff
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
