About The Role

sa.global is looking for a driven and talented

Sales Specialist

to sell our products and Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. This exciting opportunity will suit a true Hunter that is motivated by new sales opportunities and is ready to play a key role in the growth of our business.Our ideal candidate is someone seeking to work in an environment with independence, personal growth opportunities, strong client-centric values, and a supportive group of colleagues.

Objective of this role

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

Responsibilities

  • Utilize D365 CRM, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Skills And Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of IT Sales Solution experience, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Previous Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics will be added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and store visits as required.
