Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the selection process of hair products. Daily tasks will include managing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales training, and achieving sales targets. The role demands a proactive attitude to drive sales growth and meet organizational goals.

The person should be open to travel.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions related to sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
