Role Description

This full-time Sales Specialist role is an on-site position based in Kondotti. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing customer interactions, delivering sales presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships. They will also handle customer queries, assist in the development of sales strategies, and provide product training to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide product Training to clients
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Familiarity with the ERP and digital solutions market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
