Job Description

  1. Experience:

    Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Structured Cabling and related products and solutions sales.
  2. Sales Approach:

    Should be capable of working both as a

    Hunter

    (new business development) and

    Farmer

    (account management).
  3. Opportunity Creation:

    Ability to work closely with OEMs and PMCs to identify and create new business opportunities.
  4. Industry Knowledge:

    Good understanding of infrastructure-related customers and industries.
  5. Lead Conversion:

    Should be capable of handling incoming leads and converting them into successful business opportunities.
  6. CCTV Knowledge:

    Familiarity with CCTV surveillance products and solutions. Should understand client business environments, identify pain points, and work with OEMs to develop suitable solutions.
  7. Data Centre Expertise:

    Should have working knowledge of Data Centre products and solutions, with the ability to understand client challenges and collaborate with OEMs to address requirements and convert leads.
  8. Client Relationship Management:

    Must be able to act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships across all levels of the client organization.
  9. Sales Responsibility:

    Accountable for achieving sales targets across Structured Cabling, Data Centre, and CCTV solution offerings

Requirements

  1. Education:

    Graduate with a Degree or Diploma from a recognized university.
  2. Technical Knowledge:

    Basic working knowledge of Data Centre solutions, Structured Cabling solutions, and CCTV systems.
  3. Attention to Detail:

    Strong attention to detail with effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
  4. Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in sales or business development environments.
  6. Experience:

    25 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the technology or infrastructure domain

Role Requirements

  1. Client Understanding:

    Ability to effectively identify and understand clients business needs and technical requirements.
  2. Industry Experience:

    Strong familiarity with the passive infrastructure industry. Must have hands-on experience working with PMCs, consultants, and architects.
  3. Communication & Influence:

    Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith strong abilities in networking, persuasion, and influencing decision-makers.
  4. Presentation Skills:

    Proficient in delivering impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  5. Self-Motivation:

    Highly self-driven with a proactive, go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently.
  6. Quick Learner:

    Fast learner with a keen interest in staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  7. Organized & Agile:

    Well-organized and capable of working efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
