Job Description

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Informatics (EI) Solutions Sales Specialist at Philips, your role involves identifying and prospecting opportunities for new customer acquisition. You will define and execute account strategies across various customer accounts, conduct market and competitor research, and drive effective funnel management to achieve sales targets and Philips business objectives. Collaboration with Specialists and Business unit leaders during key parts of the sales process is essential, as well as establishing meaningful customer partnerships. Engaging with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities and tailoring talk tracks to demonstrate the value of the EI portfolio will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead contract negotiations, collaborate with Philips sales leaders, and maintain Salesforce.com hygiene for effective reporting and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect opportunities for new customer acquisition - Define and execute account strategy, including market and competitor research - Drive effective funnel management to meet sales targets - Collaborate with Specialists and Business unit leaders - Establish meaningful customer partnerships - Engage with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities - Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions from the EI portfolio - Partner with Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise - Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with Philips sales leaders - Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene for effective reporting and forecasting Qualifications Required: - Preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline - Experience in managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities - Deep customer-orientation and ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers - Ability to leverage specialist knowledge to develop tailored customer offerings - Resilient sales mindset and track record of creating and executing account plans - In-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products or knowledge of the hospital ecosystem - Ability to articulate the value of technical software and medical products - Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce - Quality first and Patient Safety mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as they were not explicitly mentioned in the job description),
