Sales Specialist

purely commission-based role

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their travel needs.
• Pitch Nimbus Charters' services and close sales effectively.
• Provide tailored charter solutions to match client preferences.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover after booking confirmation.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen and sales mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to confidently close high-ticket sales.
• Prior experience in sales (luxury, travel, hospitality, real estate, or aviation preferred but not mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a

  role.
• Willing to work from office (Panjim, Goa).
