Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bhubaneshwar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include customer service interactions, sales presentations, and participating in training sessions. The role also involves active involvement in sales management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Experience in the ceramic tile industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
