Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes daily tasks such as prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training and mentoring junior sales team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in training and mentoring junior sales staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the matrimony or matchmaking industry is a plus
