Sales Specialist

As a Sales Closer at AgentsOnDemand.in, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one sales calls with qualified prospects provided by our system. Your role involves listening deeply to client challenges, tailoring the pitch to their needs, and presenting our platform's value clearly and persuasively. You will need to overcome objections with confidence and empathy, follow up consistently to drive decision-making, and secure enrollments. Maintaining CRM updates with notes, call outcomes, and deal stages is crucial, as well as collaborating with the marketing and client success teams to improve conversions. Your main goal will be to consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: - Proven experience in consultative sales or closing roles, with agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-ticket sales background preferred. - Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. - Proficiency in Hindi (native or fluent) and English (fluent). - Comfort with CRM systems and structured sales processes. - Confidence, conviction, and competitiveness to perform in a target-driven environment. - Resilient mindset with the ability to bounce back from rejection. - Ownership mentalityself-motivated, disciplined, and accountable.
