As a Client Success Executive - Technical (Facebook Ads) at AgentsOnDemand.in, you will play a crucial role in blending client success with hands-on Facebook Ads campaign management. Your responsibilities will include conducting new client system launch calls, managing Facebook Ads campaigns, providing ongoing client support, testing and optimizing campaigns, ensuring client issues are resolved promptly, and reporting on campaign performance to the internal team. Your goal will be to ensure that every client achieves maximum recruitment results with our platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct new client system launch calls and guide them through the setup process. - Launch and manage Facebook Ads for clients based on scheduled calls and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Provide continuous client support through calls, scheduled check-ins, and text messages. - Test and optimize campaigns to enhance performance and return on investment (ROI). - Follow SOPs to maintain consistency and reliability in client delivery. - Act as the primary contact point to address client issues efficiently. - Report client campaign performance and success metrics to the internal team. - Ensure that every client achieves maximum recruitment results using our system. **Qualifications:** - Hands-on experience with setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns. - Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools like Pabbly. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective client-facing communication abilities. - Proficiency in Hindi (native or fluent) and English (fluent). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and be accountable. - Conviction, competitiveness, and a client-first, serving attitude. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).
