• Conduct one-on-one sales calls with qualified prospects (provided by our system).
• Listen deeply to client challenges and tailor the pitch to their needs.
• Present our platform’s value clearly and persuasively.
• Overcome objections with confidence and empathy.
• Follow up consistently to drive decision-making and secure enrollments.
• Maintain CRM updates with notes, call outcomes, and deal stages.
• Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to improve conversions.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Proven experience in consultative sales or closing roles (agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-ticket sales preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi (native or fluent) and English (fluent).
• Comfort with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Confidence, conviction, and competitiveness to perform in a target-driven environment.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to bounce back from rejection.
• Ownership mentality—self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable.
