🔍 Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for high-performing sales professionals with a strong background in dealer/distributor channel management within the solar or allied electrical sectors (such as inverters, batteries, energy systems, etc.).

💼 Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth in your assigned region through strategic channel development

Expand and manage B2B and/or B2C sales networks

Build and nurture strong dealer/distributor relationships to achieve revenue goals

Identify new business opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies

Lead and mentor sales teams (mandatory for ASM & RSM roles)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

✅ Key Requirements

Industry Experience: Solar or related electrical products (inverters, batteries, ESS, etc.)

Sales Channel Expertise: Strong experience in distribution and frontline sales

Track Record: Demonstrated success in business growth and consistent sales achievements

Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Leadership (for ASM/RSM roles): Proven experience in managing sales teams
