About Us

Brite Edge is the newest vertical of the Brite Group, a 60+ year legacy brand in outdoor advertising. Our latest vertical is directly responsible for creating bespoke, first-of-it's kind solutions in Experiential Media in India.

This is not traditional OOH sales. This is about creating demand where none existed and educating industries on the next leap in media innovation.

Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong, trust-based client relationships across industries (real estate, retail, automotive, government, entertainment, hospitality).
  • Partnering closely with the Business Development Manager to support the creation and selling of bespoke experiential media solutions.
  • Driving sales with a tech-first mindset, presenting futuristic products in a way that inspires clients.
  • Serving as the frontline face of Brite Edge — understanding client needs, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach high-potential clients, ensuring alignment with Brite Edge’s vision.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and communicate their applications with clarity and impact.
  • Deliver world-class presentations and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in crafting customized proposals and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client conversations, proposals, and closures in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position Brite Edge as a first mover.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in solution-based sales (media, advertising, technology, or experiential industries preferred).
  • Excellent command of English and Hindi — both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • High adaptability and a tech-forward mindset; must be comfortable explaining futuristic products.
  • Self-starter with the drive to create opportunities, not just chase them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
