Brite Edge is the newest vertical of the Brite Group, a 60+ year legacy brand in outdoor advertising. Our latest vertical is directly responsible for creating bespoke, first-of-it's kind solutions in Experiential Media in India.

This is not traditional OOH sales. This is about creating demand where none existed and educating industries on the next leap in media innovation.

Role Overview

As a Creative Associate at Brite Edge, you will be the visual storyteller and content engine behind India’s most futuristic media vertical. Your role is to translate ideas into impactful visuals — from campaign graphics and marketing creatives to video edits and AI-generated assets.

You’ll work across static, motion, and AI-driven formats, ensuring Brite Edge’s communication looks as bold and cutting-edge as the technology we represent. From pitching decks to social media, client mock-ups to immersive videos, you will be the creative hand that shapes how Brite Edge is seen by clients, partners, and the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create compelling static assets for presentations, proposals, social media, and marketing.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for client showcases, case studies, and promotional reels.
• Image Editing: Retouch, manipulate, and prepare visuals for high-quality use across multiple platforms.
• AI Creativity: Experiment with AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to generate concept visuals, mockups, and experimental assets.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to build tailored client creatives and proofs-of-concept.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design output, ensuring a premium, futuristic aesthetic.
• Stay on top of creative trends, design tools, and AI innovations — bringing new ideas to the table.
• Manage creative libraries, templates, and file systems for internal efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in design, media production, or creative communication (agency or tech/media industry preferred).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-based creative tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to work across graphic, motion, and digital-first formats.
• Excellent command of visual storytelling and ability to simplify complex ideas into impactful visuals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on fast turnarounds.
• A flair for experimentation — comfort with trying new tools, formats, and creative approaches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
