Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, offering product information, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. The role will include managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training and supporting junior sales staff, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and skills
• Experience in Training and supporting junior sales staff
• Knowledge and experience in Sales Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work full-time on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
