Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Electronics Components Sales Candidate to promote and sell electronic components to OEMs, EMS providers, distributors, and other industrial customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with a basic understanding of electronic components and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote and sell electronic components such as semiconductors, passive components, connectors, and electromechanical parts
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and technical support) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track customer inquiries, orders, and sales activities using CRM tools
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in electronics components sales or industrial sales (freshers with strong interest may apply)
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and their applications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and datasheets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with OEMs, EMS companies, or electronics distributors
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Understanding of supply chain and pricing dynamics in the electronics industry
