Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

Balewadi High Street, Balewadi, Pune

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in
Automotive Testing (Hot and Dyno Testing)
.
Exposure to
Sales and Procurement processes
in the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and follow up on supplier quotations.
Prepare and present commercial quotes for customers.
Assist in preparing technical RFQs (Request for Quotations).
Support procurement and documentation processes.
Coordinate with Project Engineering Team for schedule monitoring.
Contribute to yearly KPI achievements.
Travel to customer sites for meetings, technical discussions, and relationship management.
Report daily activities to the manager.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Create and present sales performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong Mechanical / Automobile Engineering background.
Good understanding of automotive testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
