Job Description

As a Sales Representative in the door hardware division, your main responsibility will be to drive sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the market. Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and dealers will play a crucial role in your success. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets will be key, along with providing technical advice and product recommendations to clients. Additionally, preparing and delivering presentations and product demos are important aspects of this role. Staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments will also be essential for your success. To excel in this position, you should have: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in door hardware or related building materials - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivation and strong organizational abilities - A valid driver's license and willingness to travel While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
