Company Description Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company facilitates over 15,000 transactions per year worth more than $1 billion, with a significant portion of revenue coming from global markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards is leveraging data analytics and VR tools to disrupt traditional marketplaces and aims to build the first MLS in India. Their adjacent B2C platforms, such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital, are gaining traction as category leaders. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships, overseeing sales processes, managing financial aspects, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role requires day-to-day tasks including client interaction, sales planning, performance tracking, and strategic partnership development. Qualifications Business Relationship Management and Communication skills Sales and Sales Management skills Knowledge of Finance and financial processes Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Pune Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
