Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Relationship Manager to lead frontline business sourcing in the MSME Loan Against Property (LAP) and Micro-LAP segments.

The ideal candidate will bring a robust personal DSA network and a proven ability to drive high-quality deal origination and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Sourcing & Origination

  • Generate new business in MSME LAP and Micro-LAP segments.
  • Leverage personal DSA network for high-quality lead inflow in LAP segment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly loan origination targets through DSA sourcing channels.
  • Drive end-to-end deal conversion from lead generation to final disbursement.

2. Channel Development & Relationship Management

  • Build, activate, and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors and intermediaries.
  • Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings to drive DSA engagement and productivity.
  • Run partner training, incentive and loyalty programs to improve sourcing quality.
  • Monitor DSA performance, ensure timely payouts and sustain long-term partner satisfaction.

3. Credit Coordination & Process Management

  • Work closely with Credit and Operations teams to ensure seamless file processing and quick TAT.
  • Review applications for documentation completeness and policy alignment.
  • Support DSAs in structuring deals within company credit norms.

4. Compliance & Market Intelligence

  • Ensure sourcing adheres to KYC norms, credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, product innovations and market dynamics.
  • Provide on-ground feedback to Product Head for strategy and product development.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of frontline NBFC/BFSI sales experience, with a focus on MSME LAP and/or Micro-LAP.
  • Proven track record of loan origination through DSA networks.
  • Strong understanding of credit policies, underwriting standards and customer documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage relationships across geographies.

Functional / Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MSME LAP and Micro-LAP products.
  • Deep understanding of credit evaluation, documentation and underwriting.
  • Established DSA and partner network with proven performance.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms, Excel and MIS dashboards.
  • Understanding of MSME market geographies and segment nuances.
