Job Description

Understand the manpower requirements for field sales and institutional sales roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and field visits.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and evaluation of potential candidates.
Coordinate with department heads or regional sales managers for final interviews.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Regularly follow up with hired candidates to ensure retention.
Support employer branding and job fair activities if required.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g. field scouting, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good understanding of sales roles and metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
