Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Professional role located in New Delhi. The Sales Professional will be responsible for actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, demonstrating product expertise, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to sales with a focus on achieving revenue goals and growing the customer base.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and meeting sales targets
  • Customer Relations and Communication: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Familiarity with smartphone refurbishment or consumer electronics and ability to explain technical features effectively
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning: Proficiency in identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, and creating targeted approaches
  • Time Management and Goal Setting: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
