The Sales Professional will be responsible for actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, demonstrating product expertise, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to sales with a focus on achieving revenue goals and growing the customer base. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and meeting sales targets Customer Relations and Communication: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and exceptional interpersonal communication skills Technical Product Knowledge: Familiarity with smartphone refurbishment or consumer electronics and ability to explain technical features effectively Market Research and Strategic Planning: Proficiency in identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, and creating targeted approaches Time Management and Goal Setting: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
