Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic Sales & Product Demo Executives who can close deals before the coffee gets cold! As the face of our revolutionary AI-powered platform, you'll deliver engaging product demonstrations and drive revenue growth by showcasing how QuickBid transforms the government tendering process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct compelling product demonstrations of QuickBid’s AI-powered automation platform Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM and data-driven tools Present technical solutions to government contractors, MSMEs, and enterprises Collaborate with product and tech teams to stay up-to-date on features and customer needs Negotiate contracts and close deals within defined targets and timelines Provide post-demo follow-ups and coordinate with the customer success team Represent QuickBid at industry events, trade shows, and webinars Gather customer feedback to help inform product development Maintain detailed sales records, interactions, and deal progress in CRM Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Freshers welcome) Excellent communication and public speaking skills Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities Basic understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise sales cycles Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and presentation platforms Goal-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to grasp and explain technical products in simple terms Professional demeanor for interacting with government and enterprise clients Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS, tech, or government-sector sales Knowledge of government procurement and tendering processes Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Experience with video conferencing and remote demo tools Understanding of AI/ML in business automation Multi-lingual abilities (Hindi, English, and regional languages) What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and commissions Opportunity to work on a disruptive AI product shaping a new market Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development Flat hierarchy with fast-track career growth Remote-friendly, flexible work environment Travel opportunities for client meetings and events Learning allowance and access to premium sales tools Chance to help build the sales foundation of a national-scale SaaS platform Application Process: Ready to brew something big with us?
