We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Manager with a strong BPO background, proven expertise in setting up outbound sales operations from scratch, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.This is a ground-up leadership role where you will be responsible for everything from process setup (CRM, IP dialer, SOPs) to team building (Team Leaders & Sales Associates) and delivering sales productivity and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Setup & Leadership
- Build and scale the outbound sales process including CRM, IP dialer setup, call flows, and SOPs.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Team Leaders and Sales Associates.
- Foster a motivated, high-performance culture within the team.
Sales Operations
- Create sales scripts, objection handling methods, and closing strategies.
- Drive outbound call campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Ensure daily call volumes, lead conversions, and revenue targets are achieved.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on productivity and sales.
- Track and optimize KPIs: calls per agent, conversion rates, revenue per seat.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Process Management & Quality
- Monitor quality of customer interactions and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Continuously refine process efficiency and dialer utilization.
- Collaborate with leadership for campaign strategy and performance reviews.
What Your Team Will Do
- Execute outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Pitch FashionTV’s luxury brand offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and close deals.
- Ensure accurate CRM entries and timely follow-ups.
- Consistently deliver against defined KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements
- 6–10 years’ proven experience in outbound BPO sales management.
- Hands-on experience in setting up call center processes (CRM, dialer, SOPs).
- Ability to manage 10–30 member sales teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Young professionals (age 24–35) residing near Borivali, Dadar, or Santacruz West.
- Proven record of achieving sales and productivity targets under pressure.
