Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Partnerships Associate at Kaam.com, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives. Working closely with leadership, you will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, engaging with enterprise clients, and fostering long-term relationships with partners across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development: - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors such as Retail, BFSI, Logistics, and Hospitality. - Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure. - Respond to RFPs/RFQs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful proposals. - Partnership Management: - Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth. - Engage in co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development with partners. - Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). - GTM & Revenue Strategy: - Collaborate with leadership to develop GTM plans and pricing models. - Provide market insights to product and marketing teams to enhance Kaam.com's offerings. - Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients. - Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new partners. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships. - Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong advantage. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
