Role: Salon & Barber Partner Outreach Associate As an Outreach Associate, you’ll be at the frontline of our expansion , connecting with salons, barbers, and grooming professionals, and bringing them onboard to TheGroomsta platform. Responsibilities Identify and connect with salons & grooming professionals in assigned cities Build strong relationships and explain TheGroomsta’s value proposition Onboard partners to the platform and assist them with setup Represent TheGroomsta professionally and strengthen its network presence Requirements Strong communication & people skills Self-driven and comfortable working independently Prior sales, business development, or outreach experience (preferred but not mandatory) Passion for startups and the grooming/beauty industry
