Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in #Chennai. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the sales team with customer service and communication, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role also includes developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and coordinating with various departments to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to support the sales team
• Experience in sales and sales operations
• Proficiency in using sales operations tools and software is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
