About The Role

Qualifications:BBA/BCom/Master of Business Administration

Years of Experience:5 to 10 years

What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.Has been a trainer for 5+ years and understands the training concepts, methodologies, assessment criteria & evaluation practices, coaching resources to come up the learning curve within the scheduled timelines

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt training delivery based on audience needs

What are we looking for? - Proven experience in sales operations training within a BPO environment, preferably with a focus on sales operations - Order Management -(Entry/Validation, Return, Querries and Closure), - Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and best practices - Has been a trainer for 5+ years and understands the training concepts, methodologies, assessment criteria & evaluation practices, coaching resources to come up the learning curve within the scheduled timelines - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt training delivery based on audience needs - Ability to establish strong client relationship - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Adaptable and flexible - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving skills
