Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end B2B and B2C operations. The role will focus on ensuring smooth order processing, timely dispatches, effective coordination with vendors, channel partners, and courier partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management
• Monitor and manage daily order punching in ERP/portal for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Ensure accuracy in order entry, documentation, and invoicing.
• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
• Plan and oversee the daily dispatch of customer orders as per TAT (turnaround time).
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Align deliveries according to scheduled appointments and channel partner requirements.
• Vendor & Channel Coordination
• Book delivery appointments on vendor portals or coordinate via email with channel partners.
• Ensure smooth communication and adherence to SLAs with marketplaces, distributors, and other B2B channels.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C operations, courier processes, and vendor portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
