Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Coordinator based in Kochi. The Sales Operations Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team. Responsibilities will include managing workflows, Monitoring sales strategies, handling customer service inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and generating sales performance reports to drive efficiency and support business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with an understanding of sales processes
  • Organizational and time management skills, along with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is mainly MsExcel is mandatory.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles
