Sales & Operations Coordinator

Location: Chandigarh Experience: 2 years (preferred in printing/advertising or service industry) Job Type: Full Time Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday ⏰ Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 📌 Sunday: Weekly off 🔹 Role Summary: We are seeking a confident and result-driven Sales & Operation Coordinator to manage inbound & outbound calls, follow up on leads, explain services, assist in basic office coordination, and manage client communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate reporting — including creating simple PPT presentations when needed. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Make inbound & outbound calls to potential and existing customers Pitch services related to printing, branding, and advertising Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions Follow up regularly via calls, WhatsApp, and email Coordinate with internal departments to pass client requirements Convert leads into confirmed business or meetings Maintain proper call records, lead tracking, and closure reports Share daily/weekly/monthly sales updates with the management Assist in routine office tasks (documentation, coordination, and reporting support) ✅ Requirements: Good verbal and written communication (Hindi + basic English) Confidence in cold calling, persuasion, and handling objections Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred Basic technical skills: ✔ Excel – for maintaining records ✔ WhatsApp & Email – for client communication ✔ CRM – for updating lead status ✔ PowerPoint (PPT) – for preparing basic reports or service presentations Ability to multi-task and report work clearly Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented 📞 Contact: 8847660079 📩 Send Resume To:admin@saiads.in 🏢 Company Name: Sai Advertising Services Pvt.
