Sales & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales & Operations Coordinator based in Kochi. The role involves planning, monitoring, and executing both online and offline sales, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and managing client relationships to support our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate online & offline sales activities.
• Lead sales initiatives for new product launches.
• Follow up with production and accounts departments to ensure timely support for sales activities.
• Represent the company in client meetings and customer interactions.
• Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and external customers.
• Track sales performance and submit reports using tools like Excel and other platforms.
• Ensure a professional, structured, and customer-first approach in all tasks.
