Sales & Import Coordination:

• Be primary custodian for sales-related enquiries, and allocate leads to sales team
• Maintain sales enquiry list in CRM software
• Documentation for import and sale of our equipments

Service Support / Coordination:

• Be primary point of contact for service-related enquiries
• Maintain a log of all service enquiries and status
• Initiate job card for service engineer, and track completion of repairs/ service/ on-site visits
• Prepare a track of CAMC obligations, engineer visits, etc
• Track Bank Guarantees / EMDs due for issue or refund
• Work closely with service engineer for timely repair/ service and turn-around-time metrics
• Contact customers for routine services and purchase of consumables

Service of equipment (Desirable):

• Basic knowledge of repair of medical equipment and devices
• An opportunity to learn about medical equipment and assist in repair / service of medical equipment

Important Qualification Criteria for the role

• Previous experience in managing stores
• Previous experience in repair/ service management
• Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel skills
• Good communication skills
