What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.Order Management involves order processing, Receive, process and confirm customer orders in the system. Ensure order accuracy in terms of pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery details Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders Work well with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Keyword includes (Order Processing, Order fullfilment" "Customer communication",Inventory Management)Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? Assist the Manager in daily operations and process improvement initiatives.Supervise a team of order management professionals, ensuring SLA adherence and quality standards.Support escalations and resolve operational issues.Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review.Coordinate training and onboarding for new team membersBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.5+ years’ experience in sales operations or order management, with some supervisory experience.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with order processing software and data analytics.

Qualification Any Graduation
