Sales Operations and Admin Support Executive

As a Sales Operations and Admin Support Executive, your role is crucial in providing Sales and Admin support to the region to help the Regional Business Manager achieve and exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with Regional General Managers to ensure quality execution for the Country Operations Processes. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting the Sales team in order processing, business case preparation, and compliance maintenance - Providing end-to-end support for orders secured through tender processes - Serving as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners, End Customers, and OEMs - Managing Channel recruitment, termination processes, and contract renewals - Coordinating Quarterly Business Reviews and Partnership Plans with Channel Partners - Managing day-to-day facility operations and office administration support - Coordinating office supplies and petty cash management - Supporting business team with Travel and Hotel booking and pricing administration - Implementing and improving various business processes alongside the India Operations Manager - Handling specific projects identified for business growth and improving Sales effectiveness Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 7-8 years of previous similar work experience - Excellent communication skills on all levels - Self-Initiator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively - Excellent Excel skills and project management skills - Resourceful in seeking information from internal and external sources - Strong team-player with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills Your role will be instrumental in supporting the Sales team and ensuring smooth operations in the region.,
