Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Cuttack. The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling daily sales operations, lead generation, channel sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Officer will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their banking needs are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
• Proficiency in Channel Sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for sales operations
