Job Description

Responsible for sourcing of quality NTB leads for the bank. Responsible for NTB logins per month for loans (Secured OD/Term Loan, Unsecured loans) Responsible for completion of loan documentation from the customers. Ensuring that all required documentation for loan application is complete and accurate, preventing errors that can lead to delay or compliance issues. Responsible for resolving any documentation query post login from the customer. Compliance Adherence Ensuring that customers are pitched products as per the bank’s policy.
