Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Dealer Sales budgeting Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
Achieve Sales targets against targets
Monitor dealers sales performance periodically
Preparing regular sales indents taking market factors and stock position into consideration
Product and spares Inventory management
Periodic monitoring of stock level against Max stock level and Reorder point
Periodic verification of stock level against book stock and reporting deviations
Provide market inputs for making demand forecasting Monthly and Quarterly
Involve in sales strategy formulation tasks

Preferred candidate profile

In Domestic & Agri rural segment sales, Dealer network, Inventory management, Customer satisfaction & bringing up new ideas in the critical business process of the Company.

Team player, Converting opportunities for increasing sales revenue, Area knowledge, Pump market identification, Data analysis & Channel partner management

Experience in Sales of Domestic, Agri, Industrial pump sets/ Agri related product.

Work Location: Bangalore ,Pune and Secunderabad.
