Role Overview:

Responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing distributor networks, and ensuring visibility & availability of products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).
  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists.
  • Monitor and guide sales representatives/merchandisers.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability in retail outlets.
  • Conduct market visits to track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Enhance brand visibility through BTL/market activations.
  • Ensure proper order collection, billing, and timely payments.
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and submit daily/weekly updates.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues on time.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • FMCG market knowledge & territory understanding.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Experience in General Trade/Modern Trade is an advantage.
