Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Navi Mumbai. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales operations, generating leads, and managing channel sales processes. Key tasks include identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets and promote business growth. You will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and manage sales processes.
Knowledge and expertise in Channel Sales to build and manage strong partnerships with distribution channels.
Proven ability to work towards targets and effectively meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome challenges.
Relevant experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
