Job Summary

Kosher is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Officer - Retail Trade

to drive our retail business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

FMCG retail sales

, particularly within

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

, and will be responsible for expanding retail presence, strengthening trade partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, enlist, and onboard
supermarkets, hypermarkets, and modern trade outlets
across Hyderabad to stock and promote Kosher products.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and store management.
Develop and execute
innovative retail sales and marketing initiatives
to enhance product visibility.
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, margins, and promotional activities to ensure win-win partnerships.
Drive consistent
sales growth and revenue expansion
in the assigned geography.
Strengthen
brand presence
through effective placement, visibility drivers, and merchandising.
Appoint and manage
stockists/distributors
, ensuring smooth supply chain and service levels.
Plan and execute
in-store promotions
and coordinated marketing activities.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize outlet coverage and performance.

Desired Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with
4+ years of experience
in
FMCG retail trade
.
Strong knowledge of the retail landscape in
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills (English & local language).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform in competitive market conditions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively.
